Brandon Guastafeste


Brandon Guastafeste is a performance physical therapist at Athletic Lab. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University. Brandon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Functional Range Conditioning practitioner, and is certified in dry needling. His clinical work focuses on ACL rehabilitation and return-to-sport therapy.

Brandon has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2016. Prior to joining Athletic Lab, Brandon worked extensively with athletes across a variety of sports and competitive levels, with a particular emphasis on lower-extremity injury management and on-field return-to-play. He is the founder of All Around Athlete, a performance physical therapy practice centered on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and sport.
