Name: Brian Burger Henry

What city were you born in? West Haven CT

What do you do when you’re not training at Athletic Lab (occupation, hobbies, etc)? I’m probably either dissociating with video games or on nature walks, going to beaches with boardwalks, or going on dates with people I’ll never see again.

What’s your favorite exercise? Least favorite? Favorite: Snatch. Least Favorite: Pause dip cleans are the devil

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishment since you started training? I’m most proud of the consistency of my training through plenty of “less than ideal” life chapters. I could’ve given up a few times but the team I’m a part of and Athletic Lab as a whole mean much more to me than a PR or a medal. It’d be cool to medal at states this year though… we’ll see.

What motivates you in your training? Seeing other people my age who aren’t active. Ugh. I think aging scares me more than dip cleans.
