Athletic Lab recently hosted our annual Winter Weightlifting Classic, a USA Weightlifting sanctioned event that brought together the region’s lifting community for an action-packed day of competition. The competition ran for an exciting 12 hours on Saturday, March 21st. We were proud to host 69 athletes representing 14 different clubs, competing across four high-energy sessions throughout the day.

Meet Highlights & Top Performers

The caliber of lifting this year was exceptional, highlighted by the setting of two new State Records. To determine our “Best Lifter” awards across different body weights, we utilize the Sinclair Coefficient, a formula that allows us to compare strength across all weight classes fairly.

The competition was fierce, with six male lifters posting a Sinclair over 300 and six female lifters exceeding a Sinclair of 200.
