Athletic Lab weightlifting team member Barry Myers just returned from Puerto Rico where he won his 2nd consecutive Pan American Championship. Myers is no stranger to Gold medals having recently won a National Championship in Savannah, GA and a World Championship at the Masters Weightlifting World Championships in Rovaniemi, Finland.
In Puerto Rico, Barry took home another weightlifting title 168kg total (78kg snatch, 90kg clean & jerk) in the 69kg / 55-59 year age division. The Pan American Championships brings together competitors from 41 different countries from North and South America. Congrats to the ageless Barry Myers.
