Where were you born? Puerto Rico
What do you do when you’re not training at Athletic Lab (occupation, hobbies, etc)? I’m a microbiologist, and in my free time I love to travel and explore new places.
What’s your favorite exercise? If I had to choose, probably squats.
Least favorite? Definitely snatches
What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishment since you started training? My biggest accomplishment has been staying consistent. It’s the first time in my life that I’ve committed to training and kept going for more than five months.
What motivates you in your training? What motivates me is improving my quality of life. I want to age well and still be able to move around, stay active, and feel strong.
