Mariah is a member of the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Team. She’s nationally ranked and recently won the best lifter award at the Athletic Lab Winter Classic Weightlifting meet.

What city were you born in? Louisville, Kentucky

What do you do when you’re not training at Athletic Lab (occupation, hobbies, etc)? I love to coach gymnastics and I run recruiting pages for gyms as well as do videography and editing. In my free time I enjoy traveling the world, hiking, and free diving.

What’s your favorite exercise? Least favorite? Snatches are my favorite and deadlifts / clean pulls are my least favorite

What do you feel has been your greatest accomplishment since you started training? Qualifying for USAW Senior Nationals and competing at the American Open Finals

What motivates you in your training? I stay motivated by having goals I’m working towards. Being surrounded by the Athletic Lab team has definitely helped!
