There is nothing Athletic Lab and its staff is more proud of than its members. That’s why every month we highlight one of our members who has done something special. Athletic Lab has members from all walks of life and all fitness and sport backgrounds. On any given day you can walk in to Athletic Lab and find professional athletes and teams from more than a half dozen sports, kids as young as 8 participating in our Lab Rats program, stand out high school athletes participating in our Scholastic Sports Performance Program or adults looking to get in the best shape of their lives in our Performance Fitness classes.
For the month of May we’ve selected James Gold as our member of the month. James has been a member at Athletic Lab for almost 6 years. He started at Athletic Lab looking to get in shape, went on to join our CrossFit Competition Team and now is a member of our Weightlifting team. James is the defacto leader of the group and always ready to provide support to his teammates. He has competed at multiple Masters Weightlifting National Championships and the Masters Pan American Games. Most recently James competed in the National Masters Championships in March.
