What do you do when you’re not working out at Athletic Lab (school, hobbies, etc) During my free time, I enjoy playing sports with school and neighborhood friends.
How did you first hear about Athletic Lab How long have you been a member? I first heard of Athletic Lab when my parents started going to work out. I became a member three years ago when I was in the fifth grade.
Favorite class/time to workout I enjoy Scholastic Strength, which is in the afternoon.
What’s your favorite exercise? Least favorite My favorite exercise would be heavy weight squats. My least favorite exercise would probably be hurdles during speed class.
Would you mind sharing what you’ve recently been through health-wise Since March I have been going through some heart issue which prevented me from playing sports for a couple of months. This condition would cause my heart to race and also caused me to experience fatigue.
How did you prepare yourself to return to training at Athletic Lab after your surgery In order to get back into training, I had to go through a procedure at the UNC Hospital, the condition was non life threatening. I was able to ease my way back into training over several weeks of running and playing.
What motivates you I have always wanted to be the best at everything that I do, this motivates me to train at Athletic Lab because Athletic Lab teaches me how to train hard and correctly so I can be at my best.
