Athletic Lab is the training home of professional and elite athletes as well as adults looking to get in the best shape of their lives. The common thread in our vibrant and diverse community is being goal-oriented and hard-working. No one embodies this more than our September Member of the Month – Heather O’Reilly. Each month we highlight one (or more) of our members in our member of the month feature. You can check out our previous members of the month here.
Heather is a member of the North Carolina Courage and arguably the most accomplished athlete to ever set foot in our doors. Athletic Lab has been the official sports performance training and sports science providers for the North Carolina Courage since their inception in 2017. During which time they’ve become the winningest team in North American Professional Soccer history. Athletic Lab’s Mike Young is the Performance Manager for the team.
Heather is a true legend of the sport of soccer. She has 230 international caps and has made 3 World Cup appearances. Heather has won at every level of the sport and recently announced her retirement following the current NWSL season. She first trained at Athletic Lab as far back as 2014.
