Athletic Lab is one of the premier performance centers in the country. We have a vibrant and diverse community ranging from fitness enthusiasts looking to get in the best shape of their lives to elite professional athletes. The common denominator across all our members is that they are hard-working and goal-oriented.

Each month we highlight one or more of our members in our member of the month feature. For the month of June we’ve selected Jack Flood who recently competed at the USA Track & Field Olympic Trials in the decathlon where he scored over 8,000 points for the second time in a month and placed 9th in one of the deepest fields in US history. Jack is a member of the Athletic Lab Track Club and in 2019, represented the US in the Thorpe Cup.
