Athletic Lab is the training home of professional and elite athletes as well as adults looking to get in the best shape of their lives. We have a vibrant and diverse community of hard-working, goal-minded individuals. Each month we highlight one (or more) of our members in our member of the month feature. For our February members of the month, we’ve chosen Karl Hamlin, Irena Rindos, and Ryan Moravick. The three members of the Athletic Lab Weightlifting Club will be competing at the USA Weightlifting American Open Series in February. You can also check out our previous members of the month here.
