Session Attendance Restrictions Eased

Athletic Lab is pleased to announce that attendance limits for all classes have been increased. This change is made following guidance from the recent Executive Order from Governor Cooper. Executive Order 195 takes effect February 26th at 5pm and eases previous pandemic related restrictions. Cases of COVID-19 have improved state and nationwide. All session types have seen attendance limits increased to the level that social distancing can continue to be enforced. Note that attendance limits have not been increased uniformly. This is due to the nature of our schedule and the fact that multiple sessions take place concurrently. Please see our schedule for the most up to date information. Athletic Lab remains committed to our members health and safety and we continue to adhere to all CDC and state guidelines. To ensure we can maintain the safest possible training experience, class reservations are still required and we ask that you follow all our COVID-10 policies and procedures.

Update on Impending Athletic Lab Move

Athletic Lab is planning to move and open our doors at our new location in the Wake Competition Center no later than November 1st, 2019. Final inspections, finishing touches, and cleaning still remain to be completed. We are aiming to make the transition to our new location as seamlessly and with as little disruption to our training schedule as possible. That said, we expect variability and ask for patience from our members during this time period. For the week of October 21st - 27th, disruptions to the schedule will be minimal. The only expected impact will be less equipment at our current location that will result in modified workouts for the day. We expect a reduction to our daily schedule for the week of October 28th. Again, we will attempt to minimize the impact of the move on training and class schedules. We will open for business as usual at our new location on Friday November 1st, 2019.
